Amora is a larger-than-life exuberant girl with such an outgoing temperament and very athletic~! She really takes after her father AJ in that department~! She can really express herself with happiness and joy and great at telling you what she wants without a bark~! Her mother is our outstanding Silver who has done such a fabulous job in producing for us and particularly this cross. We have a few of the Silver X AJ kids and they are just outstanding dogs to be around and amazing looking and pass all health clearances~! Amora was my pick of the litter in that first Silver X AJ cross. Her brother is Romeo and I kept him as well and he is a Champion. Amora was never shown as when she was 6 months old or so broke her toe somehow which did not allow her to go to the ring. We know it would not have taken her long to get a Championship but that was not in her cards after that.

Amora is a very large boned drafty Berner~! She is a dream bitch as it is hard to find these drafty girls~! I love when I am sitting in the vet clinic with her and her mother and grandmother waiting for progesterone testing or what not and people say to me "what a handsome boy"~! LOL They are suprised when I tell them that actually she is a girl~! That is when you know you have a great female Berner~~!

Amora's Grandmother is Eleanor and she is one of the Greats we have produced~! Eleanor started her show career young and got a couple points. We brought her home and let her mature and had a litter with her at 2. The younger teenagers then took preference and they showed. We had a few litters with Eleanor and then retired her from being a mom. Sindi Leo and I decided Eleanor was just too outstanding an individual to let hang out at home so we sent Eleanor with Sindi Leo to Virginia where she finished her Champtionship at 7 years of age against all those young females~! We are so proud of Eleanor and she is still showing in the Veteran Classes now and has already gotten a Best Veteran Award at a prestigious Bernese Mountain Dog Specialty~! We are really striving for structure, beautiful Berner Drafty Type and longevity along with great temperament! Amora's pedigree has all that and we just adore her~! She has had a couple litters for us now and her kids are just starting to enter the show ring!
